Diplomas Required: Hotel Management or any management related field. Qualifications required: Knowledge of high volume kitchen operations. Knowledge of food costs, labor costs, and raw materials costs. skills in cost control and management. knowledge of kitchen procrdures. good comunication skills. Leadership skills. Computer knowledge including Microsoft word & excel. Experience: 2 to 3 years.
Age: between 30 and 40 years. Languages: French, English, Arabic. Date of beginning: Septembre, Octobre 2008.
