PROVEN EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CERVIX CANCER VACCINE,  

The cervix cancer is the 2nd most fatal cancer among women. Nearly 500 000 cases are diagnosed annually in the world. Two vaccines, "Cervarix" developed by GSK (GlaxoSmithKline) and "Gardasil" of Merck, are marketed since 2006. An international study has just confirmed the effectiveness of this vaccine (study undertaken on the vaccine "Gardasil").
A clinical trial showed that the vaccine is effective to 98% and without danger.

THE BEAUTY AT ALL COSTS

The Lebanese Association of Plastic Surgeons notes that the demands for Plastic surgeries are in rise of 20% since the end of 2006. Lebanon would be even the 2nd country, after Brazil, into the race for the Beauty. The nose surgeries, liposuctions, the Botox injections and the mammary implants are the most demanded surgical operations.
A bank in Lebanon proposes even a loan especially created for the financing of the plastic surgery operations. In addition to keen prices compared to those practiced in Europe, this important demand is also explained by the importance attached to the physical appearance of the Lebanese people.
 

FIGHT RHEUMATISMS
The articular pains are something to be taken seriously.
They are often caused by rheumatic diseases, due to an inflammation (arthritis) or a wear (osteoarthritis). Those can be very invalidating for the people who suffer from it. Be careful, rheumatisms do not touch only the old people and can touch men just like women at different age. If you feel a pain at each movement, if you suffer from a stiffening of your articulations or back, don't hesitate to consult a doctor. An early diagnosis and a fast treatment, make it possible to better stop the effects of a rheumatic disease.

. Wake up a little earlier to realize some stretching
  movements before getting up of your bed
. Get up of your bed slowly. An abrupt movement can make
  the articular pains worse.
. During the day, don't stimulate too much your articulation.
  Kinesitherapy and Ergonomics can help you to adopt the
  right movements.
. Avoid any stress which can cause a rheumatic crisis
. Avoid taking weight
. Practice a sport regularly. Avoid aggressive sport. Walk and   Swimming are well adapted sports activities.
