Significant Achievements
We have achieved several records with respect to hospitals in Lebanon and in the Region

   • In Nephrology
   - 1st Hemodialysis Center in 1971
   - 1st Kidney Transplant in the Middle East on March 1985
   - 360 transplanted patients with a level of success of 90%

   • In Cardiology
   - 1st Percutaneous Mitral Valve Dilatation on January 1993
   - 1st Coronary Stent procedure on March 1994
   - 1st Carotid Angioplasty and Stent procedures on October 1998
   - 1st Cardiac Transplant in 1999

• In Invasive Radiology
- 1st TIPSS (Trans-Intra Portal Stent, Invasive Radiology) on 1998

• In Quality Assurance
- 1st Hospital in Lebanon and in the region to obtain ISO 9001: 2000 Certification on May 2002.
