Days, 8.5 hours Monday to Friday and 5 hours on Saturdays
Requirements: 

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development.
Seven plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
Good knowledge in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety and training.
Experience in healthcare and Joint Commission International Standards is a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

The Human Resources Manager coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for recruiting and staffing; organizational and space planning; performance management and improvement systems; organization development; employment and compliance to regulatory concerns; employee orientation, development, and training; policy development and documentation; employees’ relations; compensation and benefits administration; employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
