• Education/Diploma/Certification:
B.S. in Human or Clinical Nutrition, or B.S. in Food Service or Food Management, Masters is a plus.
• Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar field

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of staff
• Supervise and schedule kitchen and cafeteria staff
• Ensure customer (patient) satisfaction
• Resolve customer (patient) complaints, as well as internal conflict amongst staff
• Order and maintain inventory control costs
