8.5 hours Monday to Friday, 5 hours Saturday
Requirements: 

• Education/Diploma/Certification:
Executive Secretary Diploma or equivalent
• Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field

Required Skills: 

• Able to adapt quickly, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize
• Effective verbal, written and listening communications skills
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Very effective organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills (word, excel, power point….)
• Trustworthy with Impeccable Moral Standards
• Professionalism in Appearance & Attitude
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with internal and external staff

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Type correspondence, reports and other documents
• Open and distribute the mail
• Photocopy and record received supplier’s invoices as recommended
• File and Maintain confidential records and files
• Work closely with purchasing team in order to expedite orders to suppliers.
• Direct calls and respond to inquiries
• Record received requests and submit monthly report for follow-up.
• Perform other duties related to procurement activities as assigned by the Manager
