Regular schedule (47.5 hours / week).Overtime as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited university.
Work Experience:
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in IT helpdesk support or in a customer relation field.

Required Skills: 

• Good computer skills in windows applications.
• Ability to perform tasks and prioritize in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are absolutely necessary.
• Effective verbal and written English skills.
• Effective organizational skills.
• Ability to work proactively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Provide technical assistance to users by answering the Helpdesk telephones and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
• Log all calls in the Helpdesk database.
• Assist users on how to use email, Internet/Intranet and MS Office Suite and all kind of deployed software (including In-House applications).
• Troubleshoot a variety of computer hardware and software issues
• Maintain licenses as well as Hardware & Software Management.
• Maintain proper documentation, KPI and ISO standards.
• Analyze recurring problems submitted to IT and propose and follow up on solutions with IT team
• Perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
