Requirements: 

1. A qualified candidate has a bachelor’s degree in health sciences, or a related clinical or allied health field. A master’s degree in public health, health administration or health management is preferred.
2. A minimum of 2 years in an administrative healthcare-related position working with healthcare data, reporting tools and systems.
3. A minimum of 2 years work experience in Quality Management, Data Management, or other related field.

Required Skills: 

1. Proficient at collecting, analyzing, interpreting, organizing, generating, and reporting data.
2. Excellent presentation preparation and delivery/communication skills.
3. Highly proficient English language verbal and written skills.
4. Proficient in the use of SPSS and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access).

Responsibilities and Duties: 

1. Input quality management system related-data using Excel, Access and SPSS
2. Compile, analyze, validate and report quality management related-data.
3. Prepare reports and documents for the Medical Board’s Performance Improvement Committee.
4. Maintain quality management dashboards and scorecards.
5. Educate and train stakeholders on measure and indicator selection.
6. Assist stakeholders with the selection, collection, analysis, and reporting of quality measures and indicators.
7. Train stakeholders on data management concepts and principles including the effective and efficient use of tools and techniques.
8. Train stakeholders on effective data presentation using Microsoft Excel.
9. Work with IT personnel and other stakeholders on the development, design, implementation and enhancement of hospital quality management reporting processes and systems.
10. Generate graphs and charts for inclusion in reports and PowerPoint presentations.
11. Collect, analyze and report patient satisfaction data in addition to other Quality Department initiated data.
12. Participate in management of the hospital document management system.
13. Assist in the preparation and management of documents needed for accreditation purposes.
