Hospitality Supervisor

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Supervise and schedule kitchen and cafeteria staff.

• Resolve customer (patient) complaints, as well as internal conflict amongst staff.
• Order and maintain supply and inventory of raw material, and control costs.
• Participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of staff.
• Plan and organize the setup of all events and receptions, ensuring their proper management and providing all necessary logistics.
• Ensure that all event attendees are satisfied, dealing with special requests, issues and complaints as they arise.
• Ensure that attendees are served in the correct manner, particularly for formal lunches and dinners as directed.
• Be customer-focused at all times and conduct the service in a friendly and professional manner.
• Advise the Chief Cook of any recommendations to style of service, menus, etc. to enhance the overall catering services..
• Oversee the monthly stock take to ensure proper inventory control.
• Performs other duties pertinent to this job as requested.

Hospital Pharmacist

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Control of medication shortage in order to prepare the requests.
• Reception and control of pharmaceutical products.
• Preparation and control of the daily distribution of pharmaceuticals.
• Preparation and control of pharmaceutical stocks weekly.
• Control of expired products.
• Participation in an inventory of medications.
• Scientific Research: side effects, interaction among drugs, new (new dosage form, molecule, etc ...).
• Follow-up treatment, patient profile, relationships with physicians and pharmacists.
• Initiate actions to predict the occurrence of nonconformities on equipment and services.

• Reviews accounts for possible assignment and makes recommendations to the Billing Supervisor, also prepares information for the collection.
• Sends all bills for third party payers governmental requests
• Performs various collection actions including contacting patients by phone, correcting and resubmitting claims to third party payers.
