 Meet with vendors to obtain product information & update the supplier’s database.
 Control and audit the data entry of the invoices.
 Coordinate the exchange of defective, unacceptable or near expired items with suppliers.
 Handle received non conformities and follow-up to determine cause of trouble and take the necessary corrective action.
 Participate in the preparation of the annual bidding process.
 Participate in the follow-up of the undelivered purchase orders and pending requests.
 Participate in collection of data and preparation of status reports related to the purchasing activities.

OR Store Keeper

 Assist the receiving coordinator in controlling the entered billed and invoices as of quantities and prices.
 Ensure invoices related to goods received in different Hospital units (except Pharmacy) are entered within two working days.
 Ensure follow-up on missing data for transfers and issue vouchers (except Pharmacy) and ensure data entry is done within two working days.
 Ensure accuracy of all information entered and proof read and verify data entry. Make corrections as needed after consulting the immediate supervisor.

Pharmacist

 Control the medication shortages.

 Check prescriptions to ensure there is no interaction and that they are appropriate and safe for the individual patient.
